Jakotsu Baba (Japan)

Jakotsu Baba or the Snake-Bone Hag is a witch-like yokai with the power to control snakes. She appears as an old woman with unkempt hair, her body entwined with serpents. In some depictions, she holds a blue snake in her right hand and a red snake in her left. The blue snake is said to exhale an icy breath that freezes anything it touches, while the red snake breathes fire, reducing objects to ashes.
